If you’re not yet a customer with us here at Aura Heating, the benefits you’ll get from the app are:

– Access to all our latest articles, including handy hints and tips on how to keep your heating system in good working order.
– Stay up to date on all the latest boiler news and information.
– Find the answers to those boiler questions you’ve always wondered about.
– Have our contact details easily on hand should you need urgent help with your boiler or heating.

Aura Heating Customers

As well as all of the benefits above, our Aura Heating Customers can use our new app to:
– Book your annual boiler service (if you’re also one of our Care Plan customers, you get your annual boiler service included in the price!)
– View the details of your boiler guarantee.
– Look up any previous visits from an Aura Heating engineer and what the job was.
– Double check future appointments.

What Else?

Once you have the app, you can also easily get a new boiler quote should the need arise. If you’ve been contemplating becoming a Care Plan customer with us, you can also use the handy in-app Cover Calculator to work out a package to fit your needs.
