Aura Care Plans explained
Our heating appliances are an essential aspect of our homes. Particularly in the winter months, it’s crucial to stay warm, so a breakdown or blockage that causes the heating to fail can be disastrous. With temperatures often reaching 5°C and lower in the UK, many people choose to take out heating cover for assurance against issues. Most heating providers offer a care plan, but not all are equal, so it’s a good idea to check the terms of each before you commit.
Here at Aura Heating, we specialise in the installation and maintenance of boilers and heat pumps. As such we also offer our own Aura Care Plans, which are designed to give you peace of mind at an affordable price. Here’s everything you need to know.
Boiler care plans
If you select an Aura Care Plan for your boiler, you have a range of packages to choose from:
Service Only – Our most affordable plan enables you to spread the cost of your annual boiler service with manageable monthly payments. It also includes access to our 24/7 helpline should you have an emergency.
System Care – Our popular mid-tier option includes your annual service, emergency call-outs and cover for your pump, radiators, valves, hot water cylinder, and system pipework. The time and temperature controls on your appliance are also included.
System Plumbing Electric (P+E) – This comprehensive package covers everything in our System Care plan as well as the hot and cold water pipes, gas supply, internal drainage, and home electrics.
When you choose an Aura Care Plan you can be sure that we put your needs first. No matter how many call-outs you need to make, you won’t be charged an excess fee, so there’s no need to worry about hidden costs once cover is arranged. Heat pump care plans
Our heat pump cover allows you to spread the cost of heat pump servicing and repairs with fixed monthly payments. Your cover includes an annual service, during which our experts will:
- Clean the coil and fan, keeping them free from bacteria
- Clean the pump filters
- Test the system’s efficiency
You can also team your heat pump plan with cover for your entire heating system, water pipes, and home electrics. Simply let us know when you contact us to arrange the cover. Again, no excess is charged for call-outs.

Our heating engineers are Gas Safe registered and MCS certified and work across the south of England to keep homes warm.
